2018 Lindsay Ops Biomonitoring Report

• Resolved that the PRC disagrees with the recommendation in the 2018 Draft Biomonitoring Report to decrease the frequency of benthic monitoring.

• Resolved that the PRC recommends to the City that the OBBN protocol be utilized for biomonitoring.

• Resolved that the PRC recommends that the issue with outfall velocity mentioned in previous reports be considered by the City as to velocity mitigating factors.
