Comments on proposed options (Memo to be circulated at meeting).

• That the comments be approved; and

  That the Accessibility Officer submit the comments to the Director of Engineering and Assets, Mr. Juan Rojas, to be included as part of the Public Meeting review process.

The next meeting will be held on September 20, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. in the Lower Level Boardroom at the Lindsay Public Library.
