Call to Order
 

Councillor Pat Dunn called the meeting to order at 10:00am with the following task force members present:Steve Lane, Peter Naumienko, Carolyn Richards, Don Mitchell, and Councillor Tracy Richardson.

Recommendation for monitoring process for approved routes

    • That the ORV Task Force recommends the monitoring process includes time, date and location of complaints, caller information, complaint details, frequency, whether it is founded, unfounded or unknown.  City staff to determine what can feasibly be reported back and Staff to bring back report to Council in Q1, 2022.
    • That the ORV Task Force recommends City staff are to determine lead agency
    • That the ORV Task Force recommends Council direct City staff to undertake traffic counts two or three times throughout the pilot, ideally on weekends and long weekends.
    • That the ORV Task Force recommends stats be reviewed and reported on by City staff, after the first year in December in 2022.
