Mayor Letham called the Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Councillors P. Dunn and A. Veale were in attendance in Council Chambers

Councillors R. Ashmore, D. Elmslie and T. Richardson were in attendance electronically.

Deputy Mayor O'Reilly and Councillor K. Seymour-Fagan were absent.

CAO R. Taylor, City Clerk C. Ritchie, Deputy Clerk S. O'Connell, Communications Officer R. Cowieson and Director J. Stover were also in attendance in Council Chambers.

Presentation - Overview of the 2022 Budget for the City of Kawartha Lakes
Jennifer Stover, Director of Corporate Services

Director Stover provided an overview of the 2022 Budget for the City of Kawartha Lakes. The overview highlighted the City's Financial Overview for 2019-2022, Pandemic Response and Recovery as well as the 2022 Budgets which include the Capital, Operating, Special Projects and Water and Wastewater Budgets (both Operating and Capital).
