Mayor Letham called the Meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. Deputy Mayor P. O'Reilly and Councillors P. Dunn, D. Elmslie, T. Richardson, K. Seymour-Fagan, A. Veale and E. Yeo were in attendance.

Mayor Letham advised that Dress Purple Day will be held on Wednesday, October 27th for awareness of children, youth and families' needs.  We celebrate Kawartha Lakes as a community that cares for families and share the message that help is available; no one is alone.
