Update/Discussion - Heritage Conservation Districts

  • RESOLVED THAT the Heritage Victoria Committee endorse the proposed boundary as recommended by the consultants in the Downtown Lindsay Heritage Conservation District Study, which includes Kent Street West properties extending from the east side of Sussex to the west side of Lindsay Street, encompassing all properties to the south side of Peel Street and the north side of Russell Street and also including the Academy Theatre and former Chamber building on the east side of Lindsay Street which form a part of the downtown vista at the end of the Kent Street.
