    That staff be authorized to proceed with the process to designate the subject property under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, including the preparation and circulation of a Notice of Intention to Designate, and preparation of the designating by-law;

    That a designating by-law be brought forward to Council at the next Regular Council Meeting following the end of the notice period; and

    That this recommendation be brought forward to Council for consideration at the next Regular Council Meeting.

Memorandum Regarding an Electronic Speed Sign Program

    That Staff report back on a capital cost recovery for Electronic Speed Sign Program within built up areas in the City, including the waiving of any lease agreements between the City and Community for installations, by the end of Q3, 2023;

    That Staff consider budget implications of purchasing Electronic Speed Signs in bulk and offer them to the community at a reduced rate; and

    That this recommendation be forwarded to Council for consideration at the next Regular Council Meeting.

Memorandum Regarding Repair of Potts Shore Road

    That Staff review conditions of Potts Shore Road and perform any necessary local repairs and maintenance required as a result of the 2022-2023 winter plow damage;

    That Staff include as a decision unit in the 2024 budget the reconstruction/resurfacing of Potts Shore Road for consideration; and
