Motion to accept in principle the proposed garden.

Committee members visited the property and took photos.  Not sure about the stain glass windows inside but potentially the outside.  An assessment matrix needs to be done.

Form has been filled out. Designation sub-committee to review the completed form. General consensus is for property to be designated but no restrictions to inside renovations.  Exterior is solid. Historic to community and is a landmark.

Sub-committee to now do a formal assessment.

Joan S. left meeting at 4:27 p.m.

Unsuccessful in reaching property owners to follow up. Sub-committee has determined it has historical significance. Appearance has been altered from when purchased in the 1990s.

Joan S. returned to meeting at 4:32 p.m.

Press release is out and information is on the city's website.

Looking into various media outlets to see about live streaming the awards.
