Call to Order

Director Sutherland called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m.

Councillor Richardson, Marina Hodson, Heather Kirby, Lynda Nydam, Max Radiff, Holly Russett and Rod Sutherland were in attendance.

Appointment of Chair

Max Radiff volunteered to be Chair.

Appointment of Vice-Chair

Heather Kirby volunteered to be Vice-Chair.

Review of the Terms of Reference for the Community Pandemic Recovery Fund Committee

Chair Raddiff reviewed the Terms of Reference for the Community Pandemic Recovery Fund with the Committee.

4.2

Overview of the Evaluation Process for the Community Pandemic Recovery Fund

Applications have been received with no concerns and the applications will be reviewed in the working group.

4.3

Evaluation Working Group Meeting Schedule

This meeting is the only scheduled meeting to-date. If another meeting is required it will be determined after the working group adjourns.
