With regard to the site located at Highway 35N and Colborne Street in Lindsay B. Condie asked for input regarding the spacing of rest areas along walking trails (i.e. park benches). The Committee noted that consideration of placing benches 200 feet  to 300 feet between rest areas would be ideal. B. Condie advised that under the Terms of Reference for the Committee a Technical Expert is now permitted to provide expertise to the Committee when required. B.
