That the Mayor’s Proposed 2025 Budgets, consisting of the:
- Proposed 2025 Water-Wastewater Capital and Operating Budgets;
- Proposed 2025 Tax-Supported Capital Budget;
- Proposed 2025 Special Projects Budget; and
- Proposed 2025 Tax-Supported Operating Budget;
