The Chair called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

Staff conducted a brief summary of the report and the PRC made comments.

    Resolved that the PRC disagrees with the recommendation in the 2018 Draft Biomonitoring Report to decrease the frequency of benthic monitoring.

    Resolved that the PRC recommends to the City that the OBBN protocol be utilized for biomonitoring.

    Resolved that the PRC recommends that the issue with outfall velocity mentioned in previous reports be considered by the City as to velocity mitigating factors.

Staff discussed the MOECP visit to the Lindsay Ops Landfill as well as Brian Wilson's home on June 26, 2018. When the City receives a report back from the MOECP this information will be provided to the committee.

Staff informed the committee of a proposal brought to the City from Talize on a textile recycling program. Staff will conduct more research for an RFP process for a textile recycling program in 2019.

B. Wilson discussed the MOECP visit and voiced concerns with methane.
