Adam Found, Manager of Corporate Assets

Ron Taylor, Chief Administration Officer, Carolyn Daynes, Treasurer and Adam Found, Manager of Corporate Assets provided introductory remarks for the 2023 departmental budget overviews.  The introductory remarks included an overview of the budget process, as well as an introduction to the demands that will be placed on the 2023 budget. Treasurer Daynes reviewed the 2023 budget book and made note of updates that have been incorporated into the proposed 2023 budget.

Ron Taylor, Chief Administrative Officer, provided an overview of the Mayor and Council Division as well as the CAO Division. The CAO Division includes the Office of the CAO, the Office of the City Clerk (including Municipal Law Enforcement and Licensing and Records and Archives), Legal Services (including Realty Services, Provincial Offenses and Insurance and Risk Management) and Strategy Management. The overview included a description of the highlights and accomplishments from 2022, the objectives for 2023 as well as a summary of the budget pressures that will apply to 2023.

The overview included a description of highlights and accomplishments from 2022, the objectives for 2023 as well as a summary of the budget pressures that will apply to 2023.

The overview included a description of the highlights and accomplishments from 2022, the objectives for 2023 as well as a summary of the budget pressures that will apply to 2023.

The Engineering and Corporate Assets Division includes Corporate Assets, Development Engineering, Infrastructure, Design and Construction, Technical Services, Crossing Guards and the Kawartha Lakes Municipal Airport. The overview included a description of the highlights and accomplishments from 2022, the objectives for 2023 as well as a summary of the budget pressures that will apply to 2023.
