Call to Order

Mayor Letham called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Councillors I. Breadner, P. Dunn, D. Elmslie, G. Jilesen, B. Junkin, R. Macklem, P. O'Reilly, J. Pollard, K. Seymour-Fagan, H. Stauble, S. Strangway and A. Veale were in attendance.

The meeting was opened with the singing of O'Canada followed by a Moment of Silent Reflection in memory of Councillor Gord Miller.

Paramedic Recognition Ceremony
Keith Kirkpatrick, Chief of Paramedic Service

Chief Kirkpatrick recognized David Ansley and Adam Guppy for successfully becoming certified as Advanced Care Paramedics. Mayor Letham and Base Hospital Medical Director Dr. Vince Arcieri presented them with their certificates and shoulder epaulettes.

Mr. Lee expressed concerns regarding safety due to the high speed of vehicles travelling on William Street North in Lindsay.
